1. Alpha Program
Hotwired is currently in alpha. By requesting access, you understand that the software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed at any time.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Hotwired only for lawful purposes. You will not use the software to generate malicious code, spam, or content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
3. API Keys & Credentials
You are responsible for providing and securing your own API keys for AI services (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic). Hotwired does not store or have access to your API keys beyond your local machine.
4. Data & Privacy
Hotwired processes code locally on your machine. We collect minimal data necessary for authentication and license verification. We do not sell your data to third parties.
5. Intellectual Property
Code you generate using Hotwired belongs to you, subject to the terms of the AI providers you use. Hotwired itself, including its source code and branding, remains our property.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Hotwired.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Hotwired after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
